Our story

A family shop with a 30-year reputation

RAM Autosound & Security is a family-run, faith-driven shop in Palestine, Texas, owned and run by Robert Moser. What started with car stereos back in 1994 has grown into a full custom vehicle shop.

Today we do 12-volt audio, full-color vehicle wraps, precision window tint, security systems and the signs & banners that put local businesses on the map. Everything happens under one roof, so the quality stays consistent from the first quote to the final reveal.

Frequently asked questions

What are your hours?
We’re open Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–4pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome for quotes and simple jobs, but we recommend calling or texting ahead for wraps, tint, and audio installs so we can block out the right amount of shop time for your vehicle.
How long does a vehicle wrap or tint job take?
Window tint is usually same-day (1–3 hours depending on the vehicle). Full or partial wraps typically run 1–5 days depending on size and design complexity — we’ll give you an exact timeline with your quote.
How much does car audio installation cost?
It depends on the equipment and vehicle — a basic speaker swap runs far less than a full system with subs, amps, and sound deadening. Send us your vehicle and what you have in mind through the quote form and we’ll give you a firm price.
What kind of window tint do you use, and is it legal in Texas?
We install premium 3M and Wincos film in shades that meet Texas window tint law. We’ll help you pick a legal, long-lasting option for your windshield, front, and rear windows.
Do you install security systems and remote start?
Yes — alarms, remote start, backup cameras, and GPS tracking, installed in-house by our own technicians, not subcontracted out.
Can you design and install signs or vehicle graphics for my business?
Yes, from banners and storefront signs to full commercial fleet wraps — we handle design and installation start to finish.
Do you work with fire departments, police, schools, or city fleets?
Yes — we regularly do reflective ambulance and cruiser graphics, unit numbering, decals, and full fleet wraps spec’d to institutional requirements. Contact us to discuss your fleet.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and checks. Ask us about financing options for larger jobs like full wraps or audio systems.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes, our installs are backed by a workmanship warranty, and we only use materials from manufacturers with their own product warranties (like 3M and Wincos film). Ask us for specifics on your job.
Can I get a quote without bringing my vehicle in?
Yes — use the quote form below or call/text us with your vehicle’s year, make, and model plus what you’re after, and we’ll get you an estimate. Some jobs need an in-person look for a final price.
